WOVR

Paul Horsley is your local authorised WOVR agent.

A repairable write-off is a car that has been marked as a total loss. This normally occurs when the cost to repair a car through an insurance claim exceeds the amount that the car is insured for (uneconomical to repair). Once marked as a total loss the car is placed on the Written off vehicle register (WOVR). It can’t be relicensed until it has passed a structural and mechanical check (or pit inspection). The car will need to pass / have a WOVR prior to the pit inspection by an authorised WOVR agent.
