How long do repairs take?
Repair time varies for each job but here is a basic guideline for most repairs
When things go wrong, repairs could take longer. When this happens we will contact you to let you know. Here is some reasons why:
Each week we have about ten cars come into our workshop, so we can keep all our employees busy. This means that cars will interchange through each section. There could be short periods where we won’t be working on your car.
We do our best to keep our clients well informed and use 1q1 to provide our clients with automatic updates but are happy for you to call at anytime.
Can I get a hire car?
Often you won’t realise how much you rely on your car until you don’t have it. If you only have one car it might be a good idea to ensure your insurance policy includes a hire car.
Some insurance policies will include hire car but most you will need to ask for it to be added. If you are not at fault you should be able to get covered for hire car through the other parties insurance.
You will be able to use most hire car place for not a fault incidents however two we recommend include:
Acorn Rentals – 1300 22 6767
Right2Drive – 1300 100 121
If you don’t have hire car on your policy you will probably be looking at minimum $40 a day for a hire car. Busselton hire car shops include:
Andy at Busselton Rent a car – 0437 791 691
Hertz Rental– 9791 8911

Will my no claim bonus be affected?
No claim bonus are offered by insurance companies to reward safe drivers. This generally offers a discount on comprehensive car insurance for not making any claims.
The amount you get as your no claim bonus can be affected by how long you have been driving, your claims history and your rating from previous insurance.
Each insurance company is different and so the way in which no claim bonus effect premiums can also vary. You may loose your no claim bonus or it may be reduced after making a claim. Some insurance companies will allow you to make a claim without affecting your premium.
In most incidents your no claim bonus will not be affected if you are not at fault.
Keep in mind though that no claim bonus or not, premiums generally increase each year as insurance companies will look at all claims made, not just yours.
